We contacted Kirsty Breaks at Newland Insurance Brokers Ltd to quote our commercial combined business insurance policy, as we heard she did things differently. We knew we could trust and rely on Kirsty to handle all aspects our business insurance needs.

Following a severe storm in February 2022 our roof had suffered from storm damage over our workshop. We contacted Kirsty, who helped us to verify insurance cover for storm damage and submit our claim. After months of waiting for the insurance company to make a decision, they finally came back and said that they would not pay anything as the roof was quite old and they could not prove that the storm had caused all the excessive leaks on the weekend of the storm.

Kirsty was quick to respond on our behalf and found out the assessment was done using Google Maps. With this one call and her knowledge of being able to liaise with insurance companies and loss adjusters, we received and accepted a settlement offer from our insurer which was just over 40% of the cost of replacing of replacing the entire roof.
