Great friendly and efficient service! Dropping off a vinted 48 royal mail parcel it didn't say that this post office was an option to send from but it was so definitely worth knowing! I've returned Amazon parcels here, changed pounds to euros and posted letters home! Great post office and great staff! Thanks

I ordered some euros today on the post office website after being advised by 2 of the lovely post office staff Theresa & Deb.
After searching on my own banks website and their travel card, I found that the post office rate was far better & ended up with €30 euros extra by shopping around! Great service by the staff, they couldn’t have been more helpful. The euros were ordered at 12pm and were ready to collect by 2pm! Couldn’t recommend more!

It’s not the first time I use the post office in Newquay and I have to say everyone who works there is kind and helpful. I went to sent a few things to family abroad the other day, and Ursula was more than extremely kind and offered me all the information to help weigh my options regarding the packaging and prices, she went above and beyond what another person might do, I want to thank her so much for her help, hopefully next time I’ll be back with some Baklawa! 🙂

Newquay post office is brilliant and so handy you can get everything you need there whether it’s passport photos or renewing your driving licence. It’s been a part of the community for years and we will miss it if we let it go!!
