I called into my local NFU office in Ashford from walking into the office i was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful young man who promptly went and got Chole Watson. Who from the 1st instance greeted me and took me to a private office and dealt with my situation promptly professionally and with1st class attention. She was kind attentive and considerate thankyou Chole! The personal attention from all concerned at NFU were fabulous. A pleasant change from robots recorded messages and being pushed from pillar to post. Talking to a real human being! Keep it up NFU well done.

Excellent service. Changed vehicles yesterday and found out that I had to move from a car policy to commercial policy. Ryan sorted everything out very quickly and transferred all details and preferences to the new account within a few minutes. Given current insurance premiums the quotation was very reasonable and I happily proceeded.
