Always pleasant, really good value. Only charged £28 for change of vehicle others charge double that. Never a quibble with house insurance they deal with any claim speedily

Avoid this company at all costs, currently my insurance is cancelled even though I have done everything asked by NFU MUTUAL. Currently waiting for a call to see if they redeem them selves so I will update this review with the outcome.

Still awaiting there phone call as promised but nothing so far.

UPDATE : so according to there accounts team they have completely miss lead me and now I have a work van that can’t be used and a family car that can’t be used. Financial omnibus man is the next phone call today as I feel completely miss lead by the company. Also the manager Martin I had a brief conversation with on the phone but the phone cut out and he didn’t even bother calling me back. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY AS THEY LACK IN KNOWLEDGE AT THERE OWN JOB, better off using an insurance company off compare the market. I will update this in due course
