Okay, I never normally leave a review but I feel I really should leave this.....yesterday evening I called regarding starting a commercial policy, a lady called Becky took the call and right from the get go she was very polite and helpful.
what I was after wasnt let's say not a "run of the mill "policy and I didn't have all the info needed Becky was more than happy for me to gather my info and call me back.
By the times we finished the second call it was way past her home time needless to say she wasn't at all bothered by this and remained as polite and as pleasant as she was when I called her in the first instance . Guys if you're calling the Ipswich branch ask for Becky you won't go wrong.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the Ipswich branch of the NFU and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The customer service was exceptional, and I was delighted to be connected with a local representative named Pip. Pip was not only knowledgeable about the area, but she was also incredibly easy to talk to and truly went above and beyond to help me with my queries.

It's not often you come across such a personal and attentive service these days, and I feel it's important to acknowledge and appreciate it when you do. Contacted NFU as my wife is needing to extend her stay in Japan beyond the 60 day limit due to her mother suffering a stroke.

After calling NFU early afternoon and supplying policy details, Becky Broomfield got back to me within a couple of hours to express her sympathy and to reassure us that under the circumstances our travel insurance would be automatically extended for a further 30 days or a duration decided by NFU. Without additional premium which I did offer to pay. Received a confirmation of cover email almost immediately. On behalf of my wife and her mother, I wound like to thank her and NFU for this.

Have had my house and contents, car (and business when I had one) insurances with NFU since around 2006 and have always been super impressed with the professionalism of the staff in their Ipswich operation.

Continue to keep up the great work and high standards that we are all used to.
