A big 'shout out' to NFU MUTUAL ( Leominster Office) they have done me proud over the years, including a claim which was settled without a hitch. Before, renewing my Car Insurance this year, it presented a number of personal problems which were handled expertly by MANDY to my complete satisfaction. Communications were another plus, I tend to use email which is answered very quickly by a personal telephone call followed by amended paperwork (if necessary) by return of post. Another positive for me is being able to pay monthly without interest charges and the loyalty discount which is a bonus. For me NFU MUTUAL are tried and tested, a reputable company with excellent communications, friendly and knowledgeable staff who do their very best to make sure you are a happy customer. A bit, more expensive than other companies, but I'd rather have the piece of mind knowing that I am well covered for every eventually rather than buying a cheaper and more inferior policy. You only get what you pay for in my estimation. Recommended
