Nicholas James are a class above the rest. For an industry that can get a bad press these guys are changing that reputation and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
The entire team is personable, honest, trustworthy and genuinely want to provide a brilliant service to their clients. They listen to you, offer brilliant advice and do a fantastic job.
We’ve never come across Estate Agents like them, who have such a brilliant culture: down to earth, hard working, reliable and sincere. They are really passionate about what they do, are fun to work with and clearly care a lot.
Shout out to Nick, James, Luke and Danielle who have all been superstars. Without them we wouldn’t have had such a successful sale, they get the job done in an highly professional manner. Nothing is too much, they have a really modern, team focused approach and it’s a pleasure to work with them all.
The way Nicholas James operates is the future for how the property market should function and it’s really refreshing to see.

The estate agency to use in Brighton & Hove: and I don’t say that lightly. I’d read previous reviews on how good the service was at Nicholas James, and I really liked how Nic presented the agency to me and the sense of trust he built. And so, after speaking with a number of different agencies, I decided to go with them.

But then the proof is always in the pudding. I can say that Nicholas James has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The service has felt personal, modern, and attentive throughout and nothing has been too much trouble. They kept me and my buyer informed at every step, and made sure every little detail was taken care of and followed up on. The team are clearly top pros and work closely together to ensure everything just works throughout - something that, in my experience, is not always the case with estate agents after the initial sales pitch.

Amongst all the agencies and solicitors involved in my selling and buying process, they were comfortably the most proactive and professional in keeping on top of everything and ensuring the entire process ran smoothly. Having experienced a far few estate agents both as landlord and tenant, I can highly recommend Nicholas James. They are friendly and approachable, efficient and responsive. I came to know them recently as a tenant. After months of missing out on properties (as I was not always the first one to view a property), I was surprised and impressed that they seem not to support this 'first come first gets approach', unlike others. Nicholas James accept offers from all who are interested and let the landlord decide the best one. As a vital gateway between landlord and tenant, their fairness really stood out to me.
