Where are the two lovely ladies who greet customers with smiles and friendliness. The person who is in charge currently, clearly has a lack of customer service, left three then four then five customers waiting for very long time in a very small space, wouldn't show up until a lady who came twice well before us started to call him and when he came at the front desk no apologies for letting people waiting and the queue building up. I had the feeling like if we were bothering him.
