Incredible place to live. The bathroom is a bit cramped but the living spaces are spacious and so thoughtful and have everything you could want—clothes and dishwasher, plenty of storage, lots of opening windows, very clean and well maintained, and the management is outstanding. The app that connects the community and allows you to report any maintenance concerns makes it a great experience to be here. I feel very valued and taken care of as part of the node community. Truly one of the best places I’ve lived with the best building manager. She replies to any issues within a day and is very helpful. Additionally, the communal spaces are very clean and I love having these spaces to work/relax when I need a change of scenery. So grateful to Node Brixton for making me excited to come home every day!

I stayed at Node for four months while waiting for my visa, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a vibrant, home-like environment or a short-term lease.

The studios are stylish and comfortable, and the amenities—like the fully equipped kitchen and co-working spaces—make everyday life easy. The shared areas are always clean and welcoming, and the garden is a perfect escape on hot summer days. Harpreet was consistently helpful and friendly, and the fun community events really enhance the experience. Plus, it’s dog-friendly!

I have lived at Node for the past year, and I’m truly sad to be leaving. The apartments are beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need. The communal areas are perfect for co-working or simply hanging out with other residents.

A special mention goes to Harpreet, our Community & Building Manager, who is truly the heart and soul of our community. Her dedication and leadership are the glue that holds everything together, making her contributions invaluable. The building wouldn’t be the same without her.

Node excels at fostering a strong sense of community among residents—I’ve made friendships here that will continue long after I leave.

Node is a wonderful, cosy and vibrant living environment for anyone in London. Harpreet, the manager and community curator, makes the building such a welcoming, warm, friendly and fun space, running monthly events to foster a community spirit. She is always on hand for a chat, advice or help, and all issues are fixed efficiently and in good spirit.
Everyone in the building is truly lovely and it's so nice to get to know your neighbours in a big city. As for the building itself, it's a gorgeous space with delightful modern interiors in keeping with the midcentury vibe of the exteriors. A safe and incredibly well kept place to live. I'm very sad to be leaving!

Brixton is known for being a dangerous part of London, however the only daylight robbery I suffered during my time there was as a result of the most unethical and fraudulent landlord on the face of the earth.

Node have a perfectly polished modus operandi to suck every last penny from your budget and deposit, they appear to believe a deposit is another form of guaranteed rent, their services include trying to scam you out of paying for the replacement of the kitchen hobs due to standard use, demanding you pay for a new fridge due to a microscopic dent quoted at silicon valley start up valuation multiples, demanding payment for a new sofa due to a made up scratch for which they tried to charge us x3 the market value for the worst and most uncomfortable, tiny and injury inducing sofa in history - no amount of corporate ergonomics training could prepare me for sitting on that rock.

All of these demands conveniently made after the JOINT in-person check out review conducted with the landlord and after the check-out report had been submitted to the deposit scheme. There's more: After you leave, they STILL chase you for payments you've already paid, treating you like a criminal just in case you fall for the trap and succumb to the fear they instigate in you. Node is a great case study of how not to treat tenants and luckily the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) stands between you and the Node cartel to ensure your rights are upheld.

After fighting our case hard, we won. Having all our deposit returned and ratifying the fact Node attempted to deceive and scam us out of our hard-earned cash.

If you are considering a move to Node, think again.

Worse place to live!!!!!! Node Brixton scammed us all the way through our tenancy, charging us for absolutely everything and overpricing all of their made up damages. We had to go to arbitration to get our deposit back because they had requested all of our deposit. Luckily we won in arbitration!
The receptionist Harpeet was really horrible to us and locked me out of my flat on my last day with all of my stuff in, didn’t answer any of my texts and was constantly making up problems to get money off us.
Do not recommend living here at all!!!
