I have recently bought a BMW 6 series from Norfolk Automotive. The whole process was excellent and I could not recommend the garage/ Bradley enough! I bought the car blind (from Manchester) all because of the report/ description provided by Bradley and the history of the car. Bradley is an honest and reliable sales man which is uncommon in the motor trade. The garage is modern and well equipped and has some of the best cars (quality and well priced) I have seen. The car I have bought is amazing! No issues at all and Bradley ensured that it was gleaming, had a full MOT and even refurbished the wheels at no extra cost ready for me to collect! I honestly could not recommend Bradley and Norfolk Automotive enough.

Couldn’t recommend Bradley enough, from enquiring to completion he was professional, honest and informative. After viewing a car that I happened to see by chance it was purchased, there was a small fault which was sorted efficiently before sale completion and a few extras that any other dealership would’ve left but Bradley ensured everything was perfect and ready to drive away, his communication was on point and every question was answered with confidence. Brought My new discovery sport through Bradley this week can honestly say service was outstanding from start to finish any questions I needed answering he had information on and answered at even 9 o clock at night if not later! Went for a test drive and didn’t feel rushed or anything just let me get on to see if I liked it or not and even though the car had only come in 4 hours earlier was spotless inside and out as he’s given it a wash to look presentable which you can tell is important to him! Easily the best overall experience I've had in purchasing a car. As straight and true a setup run by someone with heaps of industry experience, as you will find. Brad (& Chunney) allowed for a seamless and super easy transaction, the perfect blend of formal and informal service in the right doses. The new showroom is in a quaint & ideal location and a test drive around the Sandringham grounds added to the experience, a really recommended seller & independent dealer who's happy to work with you as a genuine buyer. It just so happened to be one of their flagship showroom cars that I bought at the time (F87 LCI M2) which further enhanced a really solid experience.
