This is the first time I have used North East Financial Services and I have to say Andy and his team have been absolutely fantastic. They give sound advice and are so helpful and professional. I made an awful mess when I tried to change mine and my husband's life and critical illness insurance and Andy and Kirby were so calm and understanding. They were extremely responsive and dealt direct with our insurer to make sure everything was put in place correctly. They are always at the other end of the phone and are always there to help. A brilliant, friendly, local firm. It's so refreshing to to be able to talk to understanding people instead of an automotive service or someone in a large call centre who doesn't know you or your circumstances. I would highly recommend them.
