The rude guy at the counter refused to send the majority of my post today as he said people like me took up too much time - I only sent 2 things!
There was no one else in the shop and it's meant to be acting as a post office til 8.

I came in asking if I could purchase a postal order and the clerk behind the till has no idea what it was. He told me to go and try a different post office. Not impressed

Three times I've been there in the last two months to post things, and three times I've encountered problems. Two pre paid Royal Mail items have been refused, once I was told 'its not worth us taking it' go to another Post Office, and on another occasion I was told, the post has been collected today (and that was around 4.30pm) bring it again tomorrow. They refuse to allow me to leave a mug sized box parcel with them overnight... Waste of time

Very helpful people run this place. What's really good is the new post office, open 7 days and long hours. Plus the shop, which seems to stock nearly everything. Best of luck to them.
