We are first time buyers who were really overwhelmed with the idea of buying a house. Thankfully, I had come across North to South FS on Instagram. I was immediately drawn in by the fact they had no reviews less than 5-stars, and they seemed to communicate clearly in a way that was understandable. They also offered the free first-time buyers guide which was helpful for us to get a good overview of what would be needed.

We have worked with Zach, who has been an endless source of reassurance, wisdom, and clarity during these (slightly tumultuous) times.

Along with Zach, the admin team have been great. Everyone we have interacted with has been efficient, and clearly capable.

I would recommend North to South FS in a heartbeat. The fee has been well worth it as far as we are concerned

Couldn’t recommend North to South enough! Our mortgage advisor Lily was fantastic throughout. As first time buyers my partner and I were apprehensive about the process but Lily was there to guide us through every step of our mortgage application answering any queries quickly and clearly making the process far less stressful than we anticipated. Couldn't recommend NTS enough, our mortgage advisor was Zach and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! He was always on hand to answer emails and calls, he would explain everything in normal terms rather than mortgage jargon, with myself having past bad credit I thought we would struggle for a mortgage but Zach assured me we would be fine and we was. Zach always went above an beyond to help us and make us feel at ease when purchasing our first home. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a mortgage advisor to contact Zach, He is definitely somebody who will make the first time buying a hell of a lot less stressful and take on as much as the paperwork ect that he possibly can. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Amazing service, amazing staff and amazing all round experience.

I am currently using Yasmin Bentley as my mortgage advisor and she has just been amazing!

Yasmin worked exceptionally hard to ensure we had our mortgage at full offer before she went onto maternity leave. The admin team have taken over since Yasmin went on leave and they have been just as communicative and have met the same level of professionalism and continued to be just as helpful. They always respond within the same working day, which is beyond my expectation and even sent me a card on my birthday which was a lovely gesture.

Really affordable and excellent service which is why I would recommend them to everyone!
