I rented a property from northen trust with relatively no bother a few letters here.

The problem starts with when you leave and meet there demands on how they want there properties left , to far higher standards than you received them , with certificates that you never received when you taken out the lease and think by having rude, arrogant building Survayer at the back end of your contact making accusations that you have altered there building and they threaten to keep your deposits despite you have mad no alterations and actually left the unit in better condition than it was received with all the certificates that you never received prior to moving in.

I would like to make people aware of this and to cover them selfs not leaving them self exposed to the fraudulent claims when it comes to leaving their leased properties.
