So this company is an absolute disgrace. My friend contacted this company to help evict a tenant and all sounded promising until we noticed so many mistakes and lack of emails to prove certain things. He now is owed thousands from this company and the main point of contact Ryan has disappeared and after weeks of pretending the money is on its way. It is gone to the extent of getting the Police to open up an investigation and employing another solicitor to sort this mess out. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

AVOID AT ALL COST! Wish I had never got involved with this company. Ryan worked on a case for me involving a previous tenant of which he recovered £25000 for me. As soon as he received the monies he broke contact with me and I never received any of the compensation. He blocked my phone and his office refuses to put me in contact with anyone..

appalling service lie after lie after blatant lie i have the emails to prove it if anyone wants to look. we gave them two properties to mange some works were carried out apparently but we were not sent any evidence the properties were then let out and since then we have received nothing despite chasing them for months. We have had no rent no rent statement no proof of deposit or details of any due diligence carried out when selecting the tenants the matter will be taken up with the regulating body as we can not trust a word they say

Booked a EPC for Monday, nobody showed up, no call to tell me a reason, endless calls back, asked for a refund. Had telephone hanged on few times by the director Ryan.
Outrageous.
Still have to sort out my refund.
They attached a Old EPC and charged me, they Don't know I have CCTV and proof that no inspector been in.
I will claim my money back aswell as that is Right

At least one of the reviews here was genuine - the people running this place are indeed not professional at all and really like to mess around. Shame only to find this out after I was allured to go with them.
Do not trust their words (neither out of their mouth or on paper) or you will end up resolving the matters in court like I do.

I enquired about the property. I was contacted by Ryan by email, text and call. Love the property, beautifully presented and clean. Instantly wanted to go ahead. Application process has been minimum stress thanks to Ryan and his help has kept me really excited to move in. Thanks again

Please be aware that this business is a joke and you don't want to deal with these people. Unfortunately I have and that was my bad. I will need to go to court now to get all my lost money back.

The people who run this business are absolute joke and like somebody said before they are not afraid of messing you around.

I have enquired about a property threw ryan and he has done everything he can for me and my little girl to move in to a property what is at high standard etc beautiful home for me and my little girl etc would highly recommend them as a landlord brilliant service
