Only used this branch a handful of times, but after the last month, never again. My wife and I want to send airmail, regularly to her friends and family. The first instance was a larger parcel, we paid online, within the correct weight, actually had a fair amount of weight spare, but the lady behind the counter refused to take it because it wouldn't fit in her little plastic letterbox, initially I thought that was a legitimate thing, despite paying the right amount, but the same day, we went to the large depot on Gillette Way, who thankfully do outgoings now and they took it no problem.

The second instance was a Christmas Card for my mother in law, sent in more than enough time from previous experience, she only received it today (27th December) and they didn't attach the airmail sticker onto it, which probably delayed the card.

I'm sorry to say but I think the staff there maybe know how to run the actual shop, but it seems like the Post Office side is a side thing and the staff just wing it. Luckily though, the large building on Gillette Way, which use to be collections only, now do outgoing mail so I'll be using an actual, competent service, in future

I changed my parcel to be delivered on this post office because I wasn't home on the time they gave me, and it's been refused, and i don't understand why. So my parcel been send back to the sender, without any explanation.

Do not get parcels delivered here.

I had 2 parcels delivered to this location. The parcels are stored in a pile behind the counter where they are frequently knocked onto the floor and otherwise damaged. There doesn't appear to be any sorting, they are piled on top of each other. The first of my parcels was visibly damaged to the point where I've had to return it. For the second parcel she searched through the pile for a couple of minutes before telling me that she didn't have it, despite having had confirmation from the courier that it was delivered to this location. Consequently I have had to refund both parcels and will not be using this Post Office as a pickup point ever again.

They are very rude at this post office and not very helpful. I can appreciate they may be busy all the time but it doesn’t give them the right to be blunt and unfriendly. On many occasions (before the strike) I have felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome using this post office, I will not use this post office again. Posted 3 parcel on different days and they have completely disappeared, not helpful on the phone and when I try to track them it basically doesn’t recognise the barcode as ever being scanned. All they say is we have gave you a receipt, but it must not have been put into the system properly! They just rush and don’t really give you the time of day. Very disappointed.

Great corner convenience store here, I often visit. But only does Postoffice drop off and collection services. So you can’t do full postoffice services like banking and bill payments.

The staff at this post office have always been polite and friendly, despite constantly being busy (and having to deal with a few less than intelligent customers!)

Be aware! I send parcel from this post office to Poland. Lady in the window asked me about value of parcel, I said £10 value and lady said she put £50 value because of compensation of lost or damage. When parcel went outside of UK my parents have been asked pay duty 2 x more than was the real value of parcel just because lady put in post office £50 value not what I said. I didn't know that outside of UK you need to pay duty of value of the parcel if I will know I wouldn't let lady in office put this £50 value just because of cover. In post office they should have knowledge of duty if send parcel if not at least lady should be more understanding and at least say sorry for her mistake.
