They have helped me on several occasions. The staff respond immediately, if a loan is required, the funds have been paid within hours of the agreement being signed. When requesting money from savings that is within the hour. I’m so grateful that they are willing to help when needed, takes a lot of worry away.

So glad I finally joined almost 2 years ago now, after coming across a stall they had in The Forum. Even if you have a "normal bank account", can be difficult to get an overdraft etc., & I'd rather use a local, ethical credit union if I can. Need to spread the word.

i’ve tried to be patient with them but when i serious need them for me to eat or pay or something urgent they are never there, im glad i’m leaving them on the 12th may, i wouldn’t trust them with my money or anything else, im done and tired of this place.

Absolutely useless. Can never get through on the phone. Even if I send an email to request my money its never there until a couple of days later.

Get involved. I have borrowed money a few times and use it for monthly savings. Alway been good when i needed extra cash flow.
