I have known Neil Whittingham and the other partners at NRB for many years now. They have been my Accountants and tax advisers from outset of our regulated advice business, and they always adhere to the rigid and timely reporting of our financial numbers needed for the FCA.

On top of this, they are modern in approach with technology, hands on, and proactive in terms of company and personal tax planning. Finally, and above all, they are all such a lovely bunch of down to earth people and professionals.

Kieran in the tax team has been fantastic and doing my return is simple, you get reminders of what, where, and when you need to pay.

A big mention goes to Mr Matt Walker who does the day to day management accounts & is effectively the glue holding all the different accountancy and tax planning aspects together. He is simply a pleasure to deal with and he gets you the right answers & solutions every time!

Update to the below prior review in 2024. These guys are top draw. I put the below review in end 2022 (first engagement) -and even now in 2024 they still support me on that same engagementt when HMRC still throw unexpected charges additional in the years subsequent.
NRB still take time to ensure, but still repond quickly to my emails. They still call HMRC over and over again and always come back and confirm. HRMC I would give 0 stars. NRB - 6 stars if I could. Thanks x 10 doesnt cover it!

End 2022 review - NR Barton have been fantastic for me. Kieran has always been on the ball and has helped me so much with my negotiation of the HMRC services.
I am peronally not a Business. PAYE only.
However thanks to NRB the hours of prior stressed phone calls are now a thing of the past.
I would recommend NR Barton 100% to anyone that suddenly gets a letter out of the blue.
