We have had consistently exceptional and outstanding servicé from Norwich Residential Msnagement (NRM) in Norwich. They manage our apartment block in the centre of Norwich. The response from NRM to issues concerning maintenance, accounts and general enquiries has always been fast, efficient and friendly. They also look after the communal spaces well and have been both responsive to residents and proactive by arranging for the installation of secure cycle parking rooms and supplies of grit for icy weather. NRM has given us a very reliable, helpful, professional service and we are happy to recommend them very strongly.

Either completely ignore any complaints made to them, or wash their hands of them. Some of the tenants in our block's complete disregard for what is communal living has driven us out of the flat, and NRM have taken no action

My property has been managed by this company for the past 2 years and their customer service is absolutely atrocious the staff are rude via emails and on the phone every time I speak with them and they have no regard for any health and safety for example they polished the steps on my stairs which resulted in me falling down about 10 steps and nrm denied all knowledge of it the cleaner denied this but when I sent a video of my anti slip work boots sliding on the greasy steps they still didn't even apologise they just sent someone round to clean it to try cover themselves, also we paid over £3000 to damage to the roof of the property which a year later we still have work ongoing as the company they have used have done a bodge job of it so I've spent nearly 5 months in the past year having to keep my curtains closed due to having foul mouthed workers shouting outside my window when I have 3 children this is unacceptable and I would avoid this company like the plague they are just money grabbers do anything to try and take your money
