We’ve received and finally set up our table. My wife couldn’t be happier with the choice and I couldn’t happier with the simplicity of setting it up.

Take the delivery date they give you with a pinch of salt. I ordered an oak table and chairs 2 months ago, it was due to arrive before Christmas 2024. They then put the delivery date back to between Christmas and New year. Then on the morning of the rescheduled delivery, I receive a call to say I would only be receiving the chairs and table legs; the table top will arrive in January. So I guess I'll be eating my new year's day dinner from the garden table, just like my Christmas Dinner. I won't be surprised if the delivery gets cancelled in January as well, Judging by the high number of bad reviews they've received with regard to their delivery service.

We bought a bed from Oak Furnitureland, we paid for delivery and assembly. It arrived on time but the delivery men we unable to put together as the wrong fittings had been supplied. After two months of ringing and complaining we’ve not had one call back from customer service or the complaints department.
The only caveat to this is that the gentleman from the store is doing his very best to sort matters but customer services don’t appear to be talking to him either.

Staff were great - I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped us, he was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about the mattresses. We ended up buying the one he recommended from their online store after browsing a few of the other shops. Just sorry he won’t get the commission for it

Went in store today willing to spend quite alot of money on a new sofa, as soon as the door opened we was pounced on by a sales person, after telling him we will come see him if we have any questions, he continued to follow us around the store, because me and my wife was ignoring him he was then trying to engage in conversation with our 3 year old. I decided to leave the store amd my wife had to get in a lift to get away from him, I will never shop at any of these stores again and I advise anyone else not to shop here. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I ordered my furniture 4 months ago and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but now one bothered to call and say it won’t be delivered when I called to find out what happening the guy I spoke to told me it’s definitely coming but a bit late in the evening he lied because noting come called a gain in the morning and I was told they haven’t received an update from delivery department and that I will have to rebook and the earliest date they have it’s the 1st of august almost 2 weeks from now. I told the lady I poke to that it was too late because I have holiday booked she said there is nothing she can do! Very disappointed as I already waited 4 months for the furniture I have no furniture in my home as I recently moved my children have nowhere to seat and eat there dinner we all have our dinner on seating on the floor very disappointed for such a big company with products of good quality but they lacking on customer service and delivery service. If I knew this when I place the order I would have ordered from Oaklands and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I am impressed with the professional customer service offered in this branch. I was already eyeing 2 products to purchase after a visit yesterday. Kieran the manager was very informative and guided me through the different options - types of sofa, functions, discounts, including financing options too. I was given time to think about the products and I returned to complete the sale on my own accord. There was no pressure to commit. Just bought 2 furnitures and the process was smooth. Beats buying it online for sure. Have not experienced this level of customer service in a long while. Thanks Kieran! I hope the delivery of items would be smooth too.
