I have used Oakwood now for a number of years to manage my rental property in Worksop. They have been professional and reliable throughout. In this time I have used them to find new tenants all of whom have been matched to the property and their own personal circumstances perfectly.
Oakwood have provided an outstanding service in relation to helping maintain the property, something I rely on as I live over 200 miles away.
I am always kept in the loop with any issues and cost and there have been no nasty surprises.
The fees they charge are moderate and competitive and the yearly review / visit again maintains my confidence that my asset is in good hands.

Moving home is stressful but we found the application process was a breeze and the agency staff was very helpful,
A special mention to lady named Jess who has been brilliant as my main point of contact, she has answered any questions we have had, kept us up to date throughout and resolved any issues professionally and efficiently!
