Given the problems of flights and holiday cancellations this year and the last, we could not have wished for better service, advice and understanding with regard to our bookings and insurance needs and arrangements. The staff were always friendly and well informed even though, of course, working from their homes (?) in view of the pandemic and we therefore had the chance to talk to at least three employees at different times. They were each impressive , knowledgeable and helpful.

Insured through OK travel last year 2022, they were the cheapest on the market.
Was then given a 15% discount for this year as a returning customer. Had problems on line with my card so phoned the number give, answered straight away. Given good advice and booked the insurance. Found out I made a mistake so had to phone back 9 days later, answered the phone straight away, resolved my mistake, no additional cost very helpfull. So highly recomended and thanks Gillian! Or if you want to spend half an hour on the phone, waiting for them to answer, phone another company!!! Cheers John D

I originally took out travel insurance to cover a holiday to Mexico. Unfortunately due to the problems currently being caused by flights being cancelled etc our holiday had to be cancelled and rearranged to Spain. I phoned OK To Travel and explained the situation and was dealt with by an operator called Harry. He was very understanding of the situation and readily changed the insurance documents and arranged a refund of the excess insurance premium. I would commend Harry for his professionalism and friendly approach and would have no hesitation in recommending OK.

I shopped online for quality travel insurance however due to UK Government moving Portugal to Amber list category for whatever reason after obtaining travel insurance from OK To Travel Ltd cancelled immediately through leaving message on webchat service. To my surprise received a response next morning from Reece Turner advising policy cancelled and refund issued. This level of Customer Service is somewhat rare these days and would not hesitate to use OK To Travel Ltd another time when it is more opportune.

Having spent time searching for our travel insurance, we found OK To Travel. Our search revealed that this year travel insurance had risen dramatically. However for older people with pre-existing medical conditions it is becoming more expensive. OK To Travel gave us the best quote for our trip. The telephone sales were polite and most helpful and easy to talk to. We will certainly book our insurance through them on our next trip.

With most insurance, purchasing is usually straightforward and easy, this was equally so. The devil is usually revealed if a claim has to be made.
As yet I haven't had to do this but I did have to move my intended holiday dates to 2022 and this was dealt with very easily and at what I thought was a very fair price. So, to this moment in time I am satisfied with my choice of using OK To Travel Ltd.
