One of the best post offices in Liverpool by far. Staff are so friendly and helpful - big thank you to Phil who served me today and helped me do a postal order and send some important documents tracked and signed. Really knowledgeable and efficient.

Whole Post office staff super friendly, work with full dedication and enthusiasm but Mr. Phil is stand out person. He usually work at Till 1, I always hope to get to his till, Always smile on his face. I take a lot of parcels to him, He works like a machine. Hats Off to you man.

Liz was so helpful and professional and very patient in her approach to advising us regarding an ID issue we had to forward a passport to a solicitor, she is an asset to the Post Office and went above and beyond helping us, thanks so much Liz!!
