Re-quoted for another year as the auto renewal price was well over the prices quoted elsewhere. In the end I got better cover at a vastly reduced price.

Courtesy call from One Call to check everything was good with my new policy.10/10! This is the first car insurer that has ever done that. Charlie was very helpful,

I needed to adjust my policy to add business use for my named driver. The only reason there are 4 stars rather than 5 is because despite being pushed and insentivised to use the online portal it wouldn't allow me to do it and forced me to contact an agent. However, the agent was very professional and efficient. They took the time to review my policy and make sure I had the correct cover for my needs.

I’m new to One Call and been asked to review them, but it’s before an initial problem has been resolved, so cannot give a comprehensive review; however I would initially say that on the two occasions I have contacted customer service, I found not being able to speak to someone on the phone or by email is not particularly efficient. If I were any older / less tech savvy, I think this would’ve posed a real issue and would be far better if these options were available. However, I was able to upload documents via text messaging, so able to attempt to resolve the issues with a real person who knew what they were talking about. So, I have been able to resolve the issue and at the end of the year can update this review.

What a great day. I called One Call today to update my personal number plate details and to ask about my impending insurance renewal regarding the the platinum policy.
RB5 was my contact today, the lady was polite, informative, and very knowledgeable about past and present services I have received to date. I also got a small reduction on my renewal quote.
