I have been using Owen Developments for approx 11 years and have bought many turbos and parts from them. Sally Tanner is a absolute credit to the company - pleasure to deal with, prompt responses etc, 10/10 Sally, you are lovely to deal with! As you would expect, everything ive purchased has been perfect and all advice and info is too notch too. Do yourself a favour and spend your money with these guys, your not just paying for a turbo - its the aftesales support

Had my turbo for well over a year never got back to me with any options of what could be done to save my damaged turbo or even if they would send it back tried ringing multiple times no answer! Pretty much stole my damaged turbo for fk2. Cost me over 2k to replace with new as got fed up with waiting for a reply.

Took weeks and weeks to condemn a perfectly usable turbocharger, saying they couldn't get the parts - but then said they could recondition at a cost of £589+VAT!! Asked them to return it and it arrived in pieces, just thrown in a bag.
Riding on a (previously well deserved) reputation, there are far better and more reasonably priced companies out there. Avoid.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I called them about my r56 JCW with a blown turbo and before they had even seen the car they had lined up parts for the repair. Also they made sure to call me with regular updates and managed to have the car ready within 3 days. Honestly the best service I have ever had.
