Very easy to open up flexi savings account. Excellent current rate of interest. Nice banking App too. Too many 1 star reviews, so felt obliged to submit my viewpoint.

Don't bother! Setting up an account with them is like pulling teeth. I was setting up an account using power of attorney and they were totally unable to cope despite multiple emails and phone calls. They kept insisting that there were two attorneys and wouldn't read the document to confirm that there weren't. Now they have not provided log in details and they have set up the account with a wrong address so I cannot pass security to speak to them on the phone. Stuck in an endless loop of not being able to access my account. Thank god I didn't transfer any money in.

Decided to try open a savings Account with them. Followed all the procedures correctly etc. Can't now even log in on website or app let alone move money into it. Keeps glitching error codes. Embarrassing. Certainly not putting my original £14k into them now. 2024 I repeat Embarrassing

Poor generally. Need two devices to register your smartphone for online management. Just not up to modern online/challenger bank standards. Brushed aside on a complaint. There are better online banks.

It's really disconcerting when a "FSCS Protected" UK bank doesn't provide telephone access for Customer Service & don't acknowledge or reply to email queries about live accounts.

Gets worse - click on "Help" and no response - just get a wait timer going around in circles.

The system for logging in I get, but can totally understand the frustration others may have trying to get in to their accounts. As for NO telephone "service" in 2024 this is utter rubbish.

Have had multiple conversations with this bank regarding my farm business. They have no appetite for diversification or assisting you with diversification. Unless you're looking to rear calves for warrendale or abp its a waste of time. Also takes a long time to get an answer.

I decided to transfer some savings to them, which couldn't have been easier. It is a great App, has a great interest rate, and is all FSCS-protected.
