I was a director of a development where we had been constantly overcharged (and the fees increasing) for work that was either not required or not done by our previous management company who had been appointed by the builders of the development. I found PAD as they were local to the property unlike previous one and found that once the development had managed to terminate the previous company and we took on PAD we were able to see changes for the better quickly, the budgeting was better so that we had a reduction in service charge, were getting better service for our money as well as ensuring that we had reserves after each financial year. The overall service from the staff and directors of PAD Ltd has been exceptional and because of this when I became a director for another development which had also had issues with current Management Company I did not hesitate to put PAD forward to become managing agent for that development too. I find that PAD are quick to respond to issues and queries, good value, excellent service and professional and very knowledgeable in their field. Thank you for everything it has been a pleasure.

Leaseholders at our development conducted a 4 month objective, comprehensive, selection process of 12 managing agents to find the right company for us. PAD by far outshone the others and were reappointed.
