1 stars is being too generous. My savings account is being held hostage by Paragon due to their own systems inability to process a change of address, combined with their staffs inability to listen to details being presented to them, opting each time to resort to a cookie cutter reply as to why I'm not permitted to access my own savings account.
If you're an average Joe looking to make the best of higher interest rates on non High Street banks, I cannot stress enough that you should seek a different provider for your own sake of mind. I'm currently having to seek the Financial Ombudsmen Service just to access and close my account with these clowns.
I wish I could say my issue will see a positive resolution, but at this rate Paragon appear to be doing everything in their power to wittle down my will to fight back in order to seize the funds for themselves.
