Parkfords Essex are simply an amazing company! To provide some context, our apartment was previously managed by a terribly incompetent company and, after years of frustration, we as residents undertook the ‘right to manage’ and, chose Parkfords Essex as our new management company.
From day one, they have been a breath of fresh air! They are responsive and highly efficient. Given our prior experience, it’s such a relief to finally deal with a genuine company who care. All of our requests have been acknowledge and dealt with almost immediately. Michael, the Director, has shown empathy and has gone above and beyond to rectify the wrongdoings of the previous company and I am personally so grateful. Jodi has been great in actively managing our building. She is always quick to respond and her communication skills are great. She is proactive rather than reactive which is rare with managing agents. She is also very commercially minded in helping residents to save money where possible but not to the detriment of the building. I would 100% recommend Parkfords.
