Paul was the third adviser I went to a couple of years ago, seeking to improve my pension pot. In both other cases the advisers sought to transfer all my pension funds. Paul was the only one to advise against the transfer of a defined benefit scheme. All his advice since has demonstrated that he has my best interests uppermost. When we are agreed upon a course of action he carries out my instructions with alacrity and clear communication. He does so in a friendly and approachable manner and is always happy to explain things multiple times.
