First of all Paul has a lovely calm manner which fills you with confidence.
He is incredibly knowledgable and has helped me out several times since I joined. He helped recently with my new UW Broadband and even retuned my new smart TV.
He goes above and beyond .
Great member of your team.
Because of him I will soon have everything with UW.
On the top of everything there is one easy to understand bill and my outgoings are cheaper.
I only joined because of his professionalism and never had any hard sell.
