They want to charge me £200 for late report of accident I had no accident at all I did send them the cctv of my car to prove that I had no damage in my car but still I have to pay the £200 and my insurance is blocked they said I can't change my address on my policy until I pay the £200 and the lady who spoke to me on the phone today she doesn't want to speak to me and she put the phone down because I was angry on the phone because I can't change my address

Absolutely fantastic service. Had a few hiccups (not there fault) and they could not have done anymore to try and resolve the issues without putting the stress onto me. I would highly recommend them to everyone! Professional, helpful, responsive and friendly! Wish I had found them sooner. Thanks guys!

Scammers! Stay away from this company! They are giving false information to customers and overcharging!!!When I was taking m’y partner off the the policy REIS from Pavilion just said to me there is no problem but when next day I change my mind and put her back in again they have charged me £130 change fee plus £75 administration charge. After all they are tried to put my policy sky high for just these two clicks/changes,I have been waiting over a week for Pavilion to confirm the new amount to be paid monthly after these changes and when I finally get hold of Pavilion they gave me £205 figure to be paid monthly (previously with my wife was £139)!I’VE GOT CLOSE BROTHERS FINANCE PRICE BREAKDOWN ON MY EMAIL TO PROVE IT!!!My policy is still valid for 8 months so they are trying to over charge me almost £530 for just for two changes on the policy!!! Also they said that I am not allowed to cancel the policy as I have to wait again to confirm the figures but they can’t tell how long,can you believe that?This is ridiculous!ANOTHER RIP OFF is that before I’ve made changes in terms off taking my partner off the policy Pavilion sad it’s gonna be over £300 cancellations fees.Please stay away from this brokers as they uneducated,mean arrogant,rude and very unhelpful ! I’am confident if something happens I’m 100% certain that they will try to take all your money away! Also the people that are working there are not competent at all and cannot even explain where these figures are coming from. I’am going to report this to OMBUDSMAN also TRADING STANDARDS.Highly NOT RECOMMENDED

Very good service
I’ve been using the company for few years for my taxi business and I do change drivers sometimes , so they’ve been very helpful. And made my business so much easier .
