By adding a medical event that has fully been resolved, they wanted an extra £155.
Also within 10 mins of the call I got 2 spam calls from bank security. Strange to say the least.

I purchased travel insurance in May of this year, as I found it slightly cheaper than some other companies.
(Big mistake). I imagine a lot of these reviews have not actually tried to make a claim, as I tried to do when my wife and myself had to cancel a 4 day coach tour earlier in August of this year because of illness.
I rang a total of 4 times, each time I was promised a claim form by email, which never arrived. So decided to simply cancel my policy (after only 3 months) and find a “proper” insurance company and hopefully getting a refund on the £646 I had paid.
When I rang to cancel I was told no refunds were available as it was longer than the 14 day cooling off period. I then found ONE claim form from the company in my junk folder.
In total 8 pages needed to be printed off in total and then posted back to the company with all the original holiday booking itinerary etc, plus bank details, copies of passports and the rest. Also 1 complete page was for the specialist/medical doctor to actually fill in and return to me, then added to all the rest. My big concern would have been if I had been hospitalised abroad or treated for some accident etc. I would first have to pay the medical bill whilst there and then claim it back off my insurance company on my return to the UK once I had applied for the claim form
How the hell could I get the medical section filled in and signed by the doctor/specialist back over in which ever country I had visited.
Sorry but all this is one big con I’m afraid knowing people will simply not bother to make a claim once they have read the 8 pages. Plus on the claim form I eventually received I had to contact a travel insurance company called ERGO to post all the information back to.
So be aware , cheapest is definitely not alway the best .
It has just cost me £646 to find that out

Normally travel insurance companies send documents within few hours. However on first day, i did not receive documents. On 2nd day I was told that documents will be emailed within 2 hours. On 3rd day I was told documents will arrive in post after 10 days.

When I requested cancellation, they are not ready to send confirmation by email. They said it will be sent by post.

No refund received so far.

Very frustrating and dissappointing experience.

Attended this bar on the day of the Scottish Cup semi-final between ICTFC and Falkirk.
It was extremely but we were served in an orderly and timeouts fashion by extremely experienced, courteous and friendly bar staff. I was very impressed by the way it was handled.

Have used this company twice and found service excellent.All paperwork followed through. Received £10 in credit for using on second occasion, price for taking out insurance very competitive and in view of refund consider an excellent buy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
