I found that the staff at PBS Lancaster were outstanding, very impressed with the services, particularly Ross and Sara have been brilliant with my mortgage application, very professional proactive and courteous services. I felt I was kept up to date throughout the application even though I live miles away from Lancaster. My dealings with Mr Humpage have been really positive, he was quick with his responses and explained everything thoroughly.
I recommend this company because they have strong knowledge of the business, they work hard and communicate clearly, extremely helpful.
