The worst company ever that we have used.
8th August 90 day notice given but say contract ends in January2023, some fine text loop hole. My calculations thats not 90 days. Think its because they cant work the figures out on how to do it. Just ripping people off
Not prepared to listen just constantly state the terms and talk over you on the phone. I very rarely give reviews good or bad but this Company people need to Avoid.

We’re a restaurant and asked for a payment Holiday due the COVID 19

only to receive a email with How do you plan to open and when do we plan to Pay! bank statements, Cash flow, future booking, event there No help what’s so ever

Advised to take a loan Out really I’ll ask the same question back! why don’t you take a loan out to cover it all , As we don’t know what is going to happen tomorrow.

We don’t run our business on a Crystal ball Apparently because were still opening for takeaway it’s fine our kids can teach there self look after there selfs And we’re Not aloud to be on furlough really we Should deal with this and make payment when we return back to work they must be above the Law!
Furlough means you can not work so there also encouraging people to break the law.

No ethic with this company, it's another Shark money greedy with bunch of lower level customer services. While we taking put the phone down; third class miserable people working there, if it's bottom layers like that top management will be worse.

They made up charges for servicing a photocopier that is financed by them! We've never had our photocopy serviced by anyone.

Keep a good eye on this company if you have dealings with them. They are very crafty and do no keep their word
