I have used Perrymount for a while now and I really can not recommend them enough. Adam has always been very helpful and professional. I have had had mortgages and insurance arranged through Adam and he always has your best interests in mind. I will certainly be using Adam and Perrymount again in the future.

Adam recently arranged a particularly complex financing package for us. Though we had never previously worked with him, Adam was actually a referral from an estate agent. It was obvious from our first meeting that he was determined to help us achieve our goals. Despite the uniqueness of our financing requirements, Adam maintained a very optimistic perspective that he would find us a solution. This was an obvious measure of the commitment he was willing to provide us. During the course of the applications, Adam provided regular updates and progress reports. He was also refreshingly mindful of all the extraneous fees required by the lenders, appraisers etc making recommendations for payment only when he was sure the applications would progress to the next step in the process. In the end, Adam provided us with a very cost-effective solution and was a pleasure to work with. Many thanks Adam.

Myself and my husband applied for a mortgage using Perrymount Mortgages and Equity release and Adam was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. This is the second time we have used Adam to Remortage. Adam is always informative, friendly and prompt. He always makes time to explain things on terms that are easy for you to understand. On this occasion we struggled with some of the paper work and Adam invited us down to the office to help out. We had our baby boy with us so it was a bit chaotic! Adam was very patient and accomdationg to us while we where there. He's genuinely a nice chap and great at his job . I wouldn't hesitate recommending him.
