I saw the car of my dreams advertised by this dealership on Autotrader. After a brief phone call with Daniel, a very helpful salesman, I placed a holding deposit and arranged to collect the car the following week. Nothing was too much trouble and after a long 184m drive from Kent, I arrived to collect the car. What a beauty and I couldn't believe it was mine. Everything was ready for me and the car was like a shiny new pin. 1 week later and I still can't believe it's mine. What superb service from Daniel and Perrys. Maybe see you for the next car !!

Used many service garages over the years but this was first time I booked into Perry's, on a recommendation. What a good move. Very friendly pleasant reception, who clearly answered and explained, all work that would be carried out, the full costs with no hidden surprises. Very good service plan available which I have initiated. Thought this type of caring service had disappeared. Have no hesitation in recommending the, and will of course continue to have services done with them under my service plan. A happy owner driver.

I always find the customer service at Perry's Mansfield to be excellent. In the summer when my car service was due, I contacted them to see if I could arrange for my car to be collected and then returned after the service, as I had recently undergone a hip replacement operation and couldn't drive. They immediately arranged this for me, and the gentleman who did the pickup service was very pleasant and had all the necessary paperwork. Everything went very smoothly and the garage kept me informed throughout. Then in December when my MOT was due, I had a bout of sciatica and was having difficulty driving, so again I phoned Perry's with only 24 hours notice, but they immediately arranged for my car to be collected. I was so grateful and really appreciated their kindness. Again they kept me informed about the MOT,vans returned my car to me as promised. The staff are very courteous and friendly and I can thoroughly recommend Perry's, Mansfield.

We purchased a great car with no issues and amazing customer service from the point of contact with Marc Newton and his positive support before the visit and during the sale.

The visit to the showroom Marc and James Elliot-Bateman delivered excellent customer service and created a feeling of relaxed non high pressure sales making it an enjoyable experience with all technical details and transactions supported from start to finish.

James delivered excellent knowledge of the car and great attention to detail throughout the transaction, our test drive was very relaxed and focused on the cars technical specification and supported the experience with amazing feedback.

The facility and people really made the difference when making the decision to purchase the car from Perrys Mansfield Ford, it made the experience really special and our thanks go out to the team for excellent customer service.
