I wish all companies were like this one, I phoned them yesterday to sort out a claim for one of my dogs, they explained everything, we're really lovely on the phone. Kept me informed about everything and then phoned me today to say it's all been sorted and payment will be made with 4-5 days, have just logged into my bank and payment is already there. Excellent service and very friendly to deal with. Would definitely recommend them

I have insured every dog I’ve owned for piece of mind, but having to make a claim for my young dog I have now has never been easier! Pet proactive was so helpful when I rang them and the lady I spoke to explained what to do and made it so straightforward from start to finish that I could concentrate on getting my dogs operation and all the help he needed to get better without worrying about the bill. They paid up as soon as my dog Bobby was better and his treatment was finished. I would recommend this insurance to anyone it was definitely 5 star treatment for him.

Such a comfort having a five star vet, but when you also have a first class insurance company alongside them it takes all the pressure off making the right choices for your pet.
