Peter Lane have managed my small portfolio of properties locally for many years, and their letting team have been professional, courteous and beyond helpful at all times. I couldn't have wished for more support. Recently I sold a property through their sales team which was achieved in short time and at a good price, but nothing prepared me (or them) for the twists and turns that we encountered during the conveyancing stage. To that end they were exemplary in all aspects, and continued to keep me informed throughout what became a long process with many last-minute issues that were always dealt with efficiently.
All the staff were helpful and excellent in both attitude and approach but I will call out Anne-Marie in particular as a member of the sales team who deserves a huge amount of credit and gratitude from me for her prompt communication with all parties and her determination and dedication to making sure the sale reached completion.
An excellent team all round who I'd recommend unreservedly!
