5 weeks after an agreement to provide services to setup my new business, after chasing multiple times and stressing the urgency, they turned around and said they cannot provide the services I need, as they are too busy!

Absolutely shocking service and would not recommend to anyone looking for a good accountancy service! They tell you what you want to hear and then don't do any work! I can only imagine the number of businesses at risk with this accountancy firm!

Terrible service, made an enquiry about using this companies services so attended a meeting with Peter. Went through all plans what I needed from them and Peter said that was all ok. Been in contact with them couple times since for assistance and the attitude back was one of a lack of interest and didn’t help. Again needed assistance today from them where again talked as if a total lack of interest in helping me. Tried to sort myself after the call but had real difficulties so called back again as really needed assistance but went to voicemail so let him a mesage to call back, finally called me back but tone was the same and then told me don’t want to lead me down garden path there too busy can’t take anymore on and with new VAT regulations etc too busy. 3 weeks after agreeing a cost to work together and 3 weeks of no help or lack of interest to finally say he doesn’t want to work alongside me leaving me on the look again for an accountant when I’m so close to starting what we discussed. Disgraceful service and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Wouldn't recommend,left me hanging since September last year and said they'd ring me in January before the deadline so if i get fined its their fault. we're half way through March now and haven't been in touch and haven't done anything with my tax returns just wasted my time completely and he actually offended me personally on my first meeting too which I found pretty disgusting.. AVOID!!

We have used the services at Peter Wray Accountancy for a number of years now , self assessment to vat returns . It’s reassuring knowing that when i get in contact with them and have any issue or concern it is dealt with without any fuss or hesitation .
