Viewed a house and put an offer in. Got ignored for a week so I chased them up. They said "it's sold sorry". That was about 5 weeks ago but it's still listed as "For Sale" on Rightmove.

Sold my house today after a year of trying to shift it. 1 buyer fell through, and various other unavoidable issues that come with selling a property with an ex-partner, and here we are! Sam & Matt were invaluable to the whole process.

I found the staff in the Lenham branch to be extremely professional and proficient. They kept me up to date throughout the process even when we were abroad. I would definitely use them again and can recommend them to anyone thinking of moving. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Matt for all his help. He is truly an amazing asset to this company.
