I traveled with my family from Surrey to the workshop of Piano Direct. It’s been our pleasure to meet Matt. We know absolutely nothing about piano and I am sure I have asked more than dozens of questions, some may even be not sensible. Matt was always super friendly and patient. Update upon piano arrival. Only after two days, we have our beautiful U1 piano at home. Matt has kindly gone through extra miles to help us finding a professional piano remover to move the piano upstairs. It was a mission impossible given the two tricky 90 degree turns. During the removal, Matt was there to offer help, which he didn’t have to. We now have our piano sorted at a very reasonable price. We appreciate his professional advice and helpful manner. Not to mention, he is a great guy. We would highly recommend Pianos Direct Limited.

Matt and the team are absolutely brilliant! I bought an upright Yamaha piano from them. I only have great things to say. 1. The piano itself and their piano stock is high quality 2. Matt was so lovely to communicate with and explained everything I needed to know about the piano, a very trustworthy gentleman. He also made some tweaks to the piano so it arrived to my requirements. 3. The delivery was excellent - the piano arrived safely and with care of our home.

I originally drove from London to Derby to visit their showroom and it was well worth the drive. I really highly recommend using this customer-caring company if you are purchasing a piano.

Fantastic experience with Matt and the team. A huge variety of beautiful pianos with no pressure at any point in the sale. I was able to pick the piano we liked from the website and arrange delivery for a few days later. We had a tricky entrance to the house and the team were very skilled at negotiating the steps.
