I advise anyone calling these guys to record the whole call.

About 8 or 9 of their operators have hung up on me while I've been mid sentence over the past 6 years. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I feel bad for the couple of good ones I've spoken to, the various departments p4p have don't seem to be on speaking terms.

Worst agency ever! I have been applying for the repair of the garden fence for 5 months and the doors to the living room and kitchen for 4 months. I had 5 scheduled appointments and no one showed up to date. I am self-employed and I took time off from work for every date for which no one paid me!!! Today I was supposed to have one of the appointments you scheduled for me- again None came and I still don't have the door!!

Had to leave em because THEY claimed to repair and then 6 weeks later mold damp ate my house away
Refused to help even tho I had a new baby and it cost me more in replacing stuff

Also the repair team expects you to have windows open in winter even tho I suffer from asthma and difficulties and also come to my knowledge now furniture has to be also the way they want it

If you want better housing support LOOK ELSEWHERE

Asked for ringback after waiting 40 minutes. Had no call I waited all day phoned three times in three consecutive days.still no reply.I wanted to change my paydate unfortunately this led to a late payment. If I get charged due to no contact from yourselves you Will be hearing from me again!

Still waiting on repairs being completed months after 1st raised. The area and houses are being left to ruin. No money spent to maintain propertys or area. Outdated crumbling kitchens over 30 years old still waiting to be replaced.in interest from pfp to sort .

Terrible housing stock no signs of any modernisation - Most properties are Economy 7 which is very expensive, no gas not even showers installed. and old 70s immersion heaters for hot water. I'd go back to Incommunities tomorrow if it were easy to do.

Blatantly ignoring my issues regarding neighbor nuisance. Do not try and get a flat/house with this company I'd genuinely rather be homeless than deal with this company any longer.
