Was good , but only payed 2% recently and charged me £10.00 management fee, because they fail to manage their own finances, So basically you give them your savings and money to run their business. Failing management it seems, I will be moving my money. Sad really was a member for a while.

Plane Saver handled my car finance incredibly well. Whilst searching for my remaining balance I noticed a second account on the app. Upon enquiry I was informed it was my savings account! I had no idea, however a portion of my finance payment had been saved! ( not resulting in longer or higher payments).

All instances where customers services was involved have been nothing short of fantastic, including finding my account and helping me access it.

My car finance has long since been paid, and I continue to maintain and build this account, and I will continue to do so.

I’ve been a member for some years now.
I’ve always found the customer service to be second-to-none. In this day and age of automated “help” lines, electronic voices, press button * for help, etc., etc., it’s so refreshing to be able to speak to a human being instantly, knowing you will get first class, friendly, professional assistance at all times. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely apalling customer service!! The worst company ever! After getting access to my bank account and doing a hard search they let me know i have passed affordability checks. Then i sent the requested documents and information and they said they will clear my loan today however they have now declined after i sent my creditor details even though they had access to all my information via my bank and should've declined then rather than getting my hopes up and requesting my documents and further information when they were going to decline anyway. They just string you along and have done the same thing to many others. Then they just copy and paste the same reply to people asking them to get in touch with them to discuss further when they have already wasted my time and left me with a hard search!
