Rhiannon was empathetic and very knowledgeable about SEN financial planning. She rang when she said she would, her PA was helpful and understanding when I had to rearrange and Rhiannon followed through on the things she said she'd do quickly. She was honest in saying she felt I didn't need her services right now and has signposted me towards a webinar she is doing to help me improve my knowledge of SEN financial matters.
