I am a Quantum 10 investor been working with Pluxa over a year and it’s been a great experience with them so far.

I was skeptical initially about the benefits of their Quantum 10 package offer but I can now (after 12 months) confidentially say that I am happy with the results.

It’s been amazing journey so far and great support from my personal account manager Jackie who has been always there and helped me through the whole process.

Not every apartment started to perform immediately as some of them took more time than others and some of them still performing a lot better others but the whole portfolio is well balance thanks to Pluxa portfolio builder service which is also part of my Quantum10 package.

My portfolio of 10 R2SA now generating me enough monthly cash flow to support my life style even if I don’t work.

My experience with Pluxa so far has been great. What I really like is that they go above and beyond whenever I have an enquiry or concern. Their customer support is fantastic and I find the monthly performance review meetings very useful since I have invested in their Quantum 10 membership so 10 R2SA properties. I have also found their portfolio builder service very helpful because splitting risks by diversifying my portfolio in multiple cities worked out very well.

I just invested in a Buy to Serviced accommodation apartment in the UK and a self contained Villa at Costa Del Sol as well and although the situation in the UK with mortgages are not so great but the bookings are coming which helps a lot. Costa Del Sol is going great I have bookings secured for the next few months already.

They really deserve my 5 star review and I just wanted to say thank you.

I would like to share some feedback about my experience of working with P&A and Pluxa.

I am a landlord living overseas with a property in the UK. Peter, Anita and Istvan are a great team and have been managing my property over the last 2 years. During this time, I have found them to be highly professional and honest. They are approachable and always there to listen to my feedback as a landlord which gives me comfort that my property is well looked after. In terms of bookings, Pluxa has managed to secure long term corporate let direct bookings for my home which has ensured the property is generating cashflow each month. The booking statements are generated each month and the guaranteed pay-outs are in my bank each month without fail.

I have also closely worked with their sourcing arm P&A to source more properties and heavily relied on Peter’s local knowledge of the area to find more deals.

It has been a positive experience so far and I highly recommend working with them.

I’ve took over the R2R SA apartment just before the lockdown. Thanks to Peter, the experiance wasn’t as bad as it could. The cooperation with Peter is very good, he signals immediately the potential problems. The communication is transparent and I have no issues to put my trust in his actions. He fort comes with new ideas, how the make an apartment more desirable. I would definitely work with Peter again.
