I don't even want to give a 1 star!!!!! but its the only way my comments will post!!

I have been speaking with my Landlord who has been in contact with these people about mould within my apartment property who have not done a thing. Today, 2 men turned up in a "transit van", I opened the window oh you here to sort the gutters. No, we are here for "all of them" (their words). I thought oh ok. 10 minutes later, they disappeared!
I called Portland to explain, oh we only speak with Landlords or owners...the worst attitude ever. I put the phone down because no-one needs to listen to that!
Anyway, the fire extinguishers in the stairwell I've been asking about numerous times (even though I'm ONLY a tenant) are still decommissioned and EMPTY. So lets hope we don't have a massive fire and no-one can escape because you're breaking the law!

I live in a property managed by "Portland Block Management". In a year and a half, the carpets have been cleaned once, the roof repair has been ignored for months until water finally caused the stairwell electrics to fail.
It comes as no surprise that months later, the roof has not been fully completed, nobody can see at night in the stairwell, and nothing seems to be resolved even if you contact them directly.

We moved agents to Portland after a nightmare experience with our previous managing agent, they are like a breath of fresh air friendly, efficient, and honest! they actually do what's written on the tin! Debbie the Manager was very helpful setting things up and went out of her way, i cant recommend them highly enough the development is so improved in only a few months.

Couldn't manage a building properly if their life depended on it.

Extortionate maintenance charges for effectively no maintenance being delivered, rude/incompetent staff and take ages to answer emails. Deliberately obstructive and refuse to give you answers to very standard questions.
