Potter and Ford have been nothing but amazing during our selling and buying experience.
This is the second time we have sold with Richard, Nikki and the team. (We have previously bought through them as well).
Buying and selling can be so stressful but we really felt well looked after with Potter and Ford. We were always kept up to date with any and all progress.
No query our end was too small. Communication was excellent. We were on the books for 2 weeks when the offers rolled in. They had plenty of viewings lined up and seem to have a wealth of potential buyers on their books.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they genuinely deserve it. If we ever sell again, we won't hesitate to use Potter and Ford.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent service experience I’ve had since Houses Shaw took over Potter and Ford. From my perspective, there appears to be a lack of understanding or capability in handling the commercial side of the business effectively.

Unfortunately, communication has been very poor. My calls and emails have gone unanswered, which gives the impression that my time and potential business are not valued. As a result, I am seriously reconsidering my engagement with your services.

I believe this is a critical area that needs urgent attention. Poor customer service can quickly erode trust and lead to a loss of potential clients like myself.

I would be happy to discuss this feedback further with a director or member of senior management if that would be helpful in improving service standards moving forward.
