I don't use this PO very much but went in there today and had excellent service from the lady behind the counter. I needed to send a postal order (which I've never done before), take out some cash and post a letter. The staff member had a great "no faffing" but friendly approach and I was in and out in a flash. Just what I needed on a busy working day. Thank you!

I have used this post office on numerous occasions and all has gone smoothly. But this morning I went with a question as I was confused on how to send a parcel and thought they would be kind and help me work it out. But i was completely wrong, the woman who served me was horrible, she was very rude to me and snatched my phone out of my hand when i was showing her what i was confused with, which completely shocked me. I will never be returning here as the customer service was utterly disgusting.
