Ok right here we go.... Great the hall lights which are now on but won't switch off automatically (fire hazard) let them know but totally ignores what me and others say ... Also now 3 weeks we are unable to get in our front door at apartment block sea winnings way as the lock is Broke ... Apparently someone came out to fix it ... Whatever! And now the barrel spins when you try to unlock it .... Paying 2 grand a year for a very poor service ... Love how the people praise Potts grey to the hilt obviously work for them or family do or ask people to put good reviews on ...Potts grey are an absolute joke ... As myself and many others on the Westoe crown village estate say Kingston Services are a far far better service,value for money,and very efficient when sorting problems out like we have. Mind the Directors of Westoe crown are just as bad as it was them who were the ones who had it changed to Potts grey ( no doubt a back hander somewhere) get your finger out and get this sorted..... Ok ready for this... Was told would be sorted today ....eah? Forgetting it was Friday and Potts grey don't work at weekends so what happens if we can't use the back door? No 24 hour service probs have to sleep at others or on the bench in our little green area come on man ...no getting in front door which we pay over 2 grand for the up keep of this property ... They say we need a part ...F-off man there is a Wickes or even a screw fix walking distance ... Get the part from there ...disgraceful sorry for the F word I don't usually swear but I'm sure you know where I'm coming from.... 1 star? Eah .. should be giving Potts grey triple no stars...just an up date 1 month and 3 days front door lock not working absolutely fuming about this as is others..

Potts gray dont follow the book. We recently received a bill for £125 on top of our annual service fee for pond maintenance, something which is already on the land and should have already been paid for. Furthermore, their was no consultation with the residents and the bill just issued. Raised a formal complaint as so far 1 week and no response (rules state they must acknowledge within 3 days and respond within 15). The government really need to sort these private management company's as they do little to help residents and just charge extortionate admin charges to cut lock grass less than 10 times a year.

I initially had high hopes of working with Potts Grey. I met with them and they said they could take over the management of our estate and potentially halve our service charge. We had several further emails and calls about next steps.

They said they would send a letter to every owner to get the ball rolling - but these were never received. They then said they would re-send all the letters. Again, nobody received any letters.

They then just stopped replying to emails and refused to speak on the phone to explain anything. Was all a waste of time. They don’t seem to care that these are people’s homes and incredibly important to them.

Odd and unprofessional behaviour (but unfortunately all too common when dealing with the less-reputable property management companies).

After 3 years, still full of bull and excuses. Landlords please stop paying service charges to this company. They don't take care of any repairs and are just pocketing your cash! Just for you Patricia Willis the intercom system to the block has been broken since I moved in ,3 years later it still the same, the amount of fly tipping within the compound is ridiculous, they never move it, or take steps to rectify the situation and when phoning them, it's our problem and we have to pay for it. No Potts Gray get paid to manage the property including any and all repairs and issues that need fixing. Do you need anymore details?

Its amazing how people can leave a review with no specifics to back up their comments, like the previous one star review. I would like to provide my own review, backed up with a few specifics in order to give balance.
Potts Grey have successfully performed and greatly upgraded the managing agency provision to our Residents Company for some 13 months now, taking over many leftover areas of concern from the previous commissioned company. As a Director of our residents Company for quite some years, I can truthfully say that our residents are presently totally happy with their service charge and current management company. All legal requirements have been covered with considerable attention and timescale, and all day to day issues of a wide general nature acted upon with swiftness and good standard. They are contactable at all times and man a drop in centre two days per week within our estate so that any resident can take to them any issue of their concern face to face, rather than just a telephone call. They support local tradesmen who consider themselves fortunate for the opportunity to make their sub contract list.
